When you make a purchase, our payment provider collects your name, email address, billing country, and payment details. We do not see or store your full payment details at any time.

5. Payment Processing (Lemon Squeezy)

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, a US company acting as merchant of record. When you buy, your order data (name, email, billing country, payment method) is processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy, available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. Lemon Squeezy shares with us the information we need to fulfill your order and provide support, such as your email address and what you bought. Data transferred to the US is protected by safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Other Third-Party Services

Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers. When the page loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting: our hosting provider processes server logs (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not set tracking cookies ourselves. The site stores one small technical value in your browser's session storage for the launch-offer timer; it contains no personal data and disappears when you close your browser. The Lemon Squeezy checkout may set cookies that are necessary for processing your payment.

8. How Long We Keep Data

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as German tax and commercial law requires (up to 10 years under § 147 AO). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

10. Data Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider over encrypted connections; your card details never touch our systems.

11. Children

Our site and products are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
