We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Age on Your Terms or any of our materials is not for you, we will refund you in full.
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund. For any reason, or no reason at all. No forms. No phone calls. No "exit survey."
Email tobiasweikamp1@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We process refunds the same business day, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Funds typically return to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
You are welcome to keep them. We do not ask you to delete files or return anything. We trust you.
Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case by case. Email us and we will do what we reasonably can.
When you purchase a digital download and access it immediately, you waive the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and the equivalent UK rules. Our voluntary 30-day refund policy applies in its place and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
