Our products are educational and informational. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified medical professional who knows you. Always talk to your own doctor before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, diet, or exercise routine. All prices are shown in your local currency where supported, or in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email and your digital products are delivered instantly to that email address. If you do not receive your products within one hour, email tobiasweikamp1@gmail.com.
We offer a 30-day full refund on all products, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own household. You may not redistribute, resell, copy for others, post publicly, or use our products to train AI models. Doing so terminates your license and may lead to legal action.

Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Results from health education vary based on many factors outside our control, including your individual health situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect. When you purchase a digital product and download it immediately, you expressly waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal period under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Our 30-day refund policy applies instead and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not voluntarily do so.
